Experience: 3 years of electronic maintenance experience in industrial environments, preferably in the beverage or food industry. Personnel Management: Experience supervising unionized staff. Full schedule availability required; rotating across 3 shifts. Essential Knowledge: PLC programming, frequency inverters, and control panels. Interpretation of electrical and electronic diagrams. Execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Industrial safety, TPM, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Coordinate the electronic maintenance technician team by setting daily priorities and tasks. Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability. Diagnose and resolve electronic failures to minimize production downtime. Collaborate with the engineering department to improve control and automation systems. Manage inventories of spare parts and critical components. Supervise safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities, both internal and external (third-party workshops).
