JOB OFFERING: **QUALITY ASSISTANT** OSG Royco S.A. de C.V. is a Japanese company and a leader in manufacturing cutting tools for the aerospace and automotive industries, specializing in delivering high-quality services to our customers. We are currently seeking highly qualified and talented **Quality Assistants** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Technical Superior University Degree (TSU) or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in metal-mechanical industry **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in using measuring instruments * Control of non-conforming products * Updating documented information * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Good Documentation Practices (GDP) * Monitoring product testing, as applicable * Tracking and compliance with quality KPIs * Problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Ishikawa, 8D) * Audit support * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * ISO 9001 Quality Management System **Responsibilities:** * Ensure monitoring, handling, and control of non-conforming products on production lines, applying problem-solving methodologies to eliminate root causes. * Prepare and communicate scrap and rework indicators. * Participate in root cause analysis meetings. * Update quality-related information. * Validate measurement capability of operational personnel and conduct CP studies on programmed machines, aligning their targets with organizational objectives. * Update inspection plans. * Address corrective actions. * Serve as an internal auditor. **Benefits:** * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Vacation days * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Uniforms * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements We offer an enriching and collaborative work environment, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
