Position Summary: Support the implementation, monitoring, and sustainability of continuous improvement initiatives in operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance **Your Role** Support the implementation, monitoring, and sustainability of continuous improvement initiatives in operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, optimize cycle times, and ensure operational standardization. **Our Team** Molex creates connections for life by enabling technologies that transform the future and improve lives. With a presence in more than 40 countries, Molex offers a full range of connectivity products, services, and solutions for the data communications, medical, industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics industries. **What You’ll Do** * Execute continuous improvement projects in operational areas (production, logistics, warehouse, etc.). * Analyze processes to identify waste (muda) and improvement opportunities. * Develop and update work instructions, operational standards, and visual aids under MOS. * Modify layouts according to process improvements to increase utilization and man-to-machine ratio (M:M). * Conduct time and motion studies. * Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing methodologies (5S, Kaizen, SMED, Kanban). * Monitor operational key performance indicators (KPIs), such as efficiency, cycle times, scrap, and productivity. * Participate in Kaizen events and rapid improvement activities. * Support training of operational personnel on continuous improvement tools. * Identify root causes of operational issues using tools such as Ishikawa, 5 Whys, and data analysis. * Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance to ensure process stability. * Verify compliance with operational standards on the shop floor. * Generate progress and results reports for improvement projects. **Who You Are** * Completed engineering degree (Industrial, Process, Manufacturing or related field). * Experience in operational areas or continuous improvement. * Experience in manufacturing environments. * Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, Kanban). * Time and motion studies. * Basic proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, or data analysis tools. * Basic interpretation of processes and flow diagrams. * Knowledge of operational KPIs. **What Would Give You an Advantage** * Experience in a similar role At Koch, we are entrepreneurs.
