Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced industrial engineer to lead teams and audits, with solid knowledge of the automotive sector and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the automotive sector and problem-solving methodologies. 2. Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and customer audits. 3. Bilingual and organized, with a focus on continuous improvement. Requirements: \-Industrial engineering degree or related field \-5 years of experience in automotive sector companies \-Knowledge of Core Tools. \-Experience in problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5W, A3) \-Knowledge of IATF, VDA, and ISO14001 standards \-Bilingual (Spanish\-English) \-Communication skills across all organizational levels. \-Experience leading customer audits. \-Experience leading multidisciplinary work teams. \-Experience with continuous improvement tools. \-Highly organized.
