Position Summary: We are seeking a Mold Technician specialist with experience in plastic injection and the automotive or medical sectors to perform mold maintenance and repair, as well as machining and part manufacturing activities. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in plastic injection molds, machining, and repair. 2. Performs preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of molds. 3. Manufactures high-pressure parts and adjusts inserts on machines. (PLEASE REVIEW EXPERIENCE) Mold Technician Specialist Machinist and Tool Technician Minimum 4 years of experience in molds, plastic injection, automotive or medical industry **EXPERIENCE** Machinist and tooling, plastic injection molds, machining, lathe, milling machine, manufacturing, **EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining)**, **TIG or laser welding**, tool design, metals and hardness, **mold repair**, overhead crane operation, preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, **part manufacturing** under high pressure, insert adjustment on machines. ***(It is essential to possess the aforementioned knowledge).*** **Responsibilities** Assemble and disassemble molds and perform mold maintenance; provide machine service; clean molds on machines; de-plasticize cavities; calibrate ejection sensors; replace connectors.
