Position Summary: We are seeking a Launch Engineer to lead the execution of key activities in the introduction and engineering changes of new products, coordinating multidisciplinary teams. We are looking for a **Launch Engineer** to lead the proper execution of key activities for the introduction and engineering changes in new programs. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage launch plan activities, ensuring adherence to the schedule established by the Car Leader. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.) to ensure successful implementation of launches and engineering changes. * Track program actions and ensure timely closure of deliverables. * Manage technical documentation, change matrices (DCN), and required records for each project phase. * Verify construction and delivery of samples for various production stages, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications. * Collaborate on continuous improvement activities through DFM and process analysis. * Support program expense and documentation management within internal systems. * Monitor compliance of processes with applicable regulations and standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Experience in new product launches, project management, or similar roles in the manufacturing/automotive sector. * Knowledge of SEM, PQVL, FT, and GD\&T drawing interpretation.
