Analysis, problem resolution, and customer service **EXPERIENCE IN:** AUTOMOTIVE PLANNER ENGINEER WITH EXPERIENCE **KNOWLEDGE:** Inventory management and control. Interpretation of releases. Generation of weekly/monthly Production Plans. Office productivity tools. ERP systems. Web EDI. **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** Teamwork. Strong communication skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving. Customer service orientation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Coordinate, supervise, and administer the planning process according to production, storage, and finished goods dispatch procedures, aligned with the customer delivery schedule. Review and organize timely and accurate deliveries to maintain required inventory levels and ensure efficient service to both the company and customers; additionally, implement finished goods inventories covering 1 to 53 days and raw material inventories covering one week, achieving 100% compliance with the customer delivery schedule.
