Professional environment with a focus on continuous improvement MOBAX Group, an authorized distributor with extensive experience in the mobility, recreational vehicle, and motorcycle industries, is looking for an After-sales Manager to lead, standardize, and strengthen corporate-level after-sales operations. Job Objective To direct and optimize the group's After-sales strategy, ensuring profitability, service quality, process compliance, and an exceptional customer experience across 9 agencies. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and oversee the comprehensive After-sales strategy (service, parts, and warranty). Ensure achievement of operational, financial, and customer satisfaction KPIs. Standardize after-sales processes and policies at the corporate level. Supervise and develop Workshop Managers/Supervisors and After-sales teams. Manage budgets, operational costs, and departmental profitability. Ensure proper use of systems and tools (ERP, CRM, service orders). Handle internal, brand, and regulatory compliance audits. Manage quality indicators, response times, and incident resolution metrics. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and General Management departments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field). Minimum 3 years of managerial or leadership experience in After-sales roles within automotive service workshops. Experience managing multiple branches or regional/national operations. Solid knowledge of: Mechanical workshops Parts Warranties After-sales performance indicators Leadership, decision-making, and results orientation. Strong customer and process orientation. Willingness to travel.
