Job Summary: The Quality Assistant will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance within the warehouse, applying Good Practices and adherence to Mexican Official Standards. Key Highlights: 1. The Quality Assistant will be responsible for monitoring regulatory compliance within the warehouse, ensuring correct implementation of Good Warehousing Practices (GWP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP), as well as compliance with Mexican Official Standards NOM\-072 and NOM\-070\. Main Responsibilities: * Verify compliance with GWP and GDP guidelines in the warehouse. * Supervise storage conditions for finished products. * Support implementation of quality procedures and controls. * Prepare regulatory compliance reports, records, and logs. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Ensure traceability and documentation in accordance with NOM\-072 and NOM\-070\. Requirements: * Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field (preferred). * Experience: Minimum 1 year in quality or regulatory compliance areas (preferably in pharmaceutical warehouses or medical device facilities). * Desired knowledge: * Good Warehousing Practices and Good Distribution Practices (GWP and GDP). * Regulatory standards NOM\-072 and NOM\-070\. * Document control and quality procedure tracking. * Skills: Attention to detail, organizational ability, sense of responsibility, and teamwork.
