Your primary focus will be optimizing technical and human resources while always guaranteeing your team’s safety and the exceptional quality of our products. ### **Your main responsibilities:** * **Operational Leadership:** Supervise injection machine operations, coordinate startups, and optimize operating conditions to meet production schedules. * **Talent Management:** Train, advise, and assign tasks to operational staff, fostering a respectful and inclusive environment regardless of gender or position. * **Safety and Well-being:** Monitor safety conditions to ensure personnel and facility integrity. * **Control and Quality:** Generate performance indicator reports, manage resources with warehouses, and report payroll incidents or equipment malfunctions. * **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in root cause analysis for safety incidents and collaborate in quality audits. ### **What are we looking for in you?** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Incomplete Degree, or Higher Technical Diploma. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in plastic injection molding processes and supervision of work teams. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Office/Windows and basic knowledge of Hygiene, Safety, and Quality. * **Soft Skills:** We seek a proactive leader with strong decision-making ability, assertiveness, resilience, and passion for talent development.
