Job Objective Verify and audit finished product pallets to ensure compliance with packaging, labeling, batch, and quantity specifications prior to warehouse delivery, ensuring product quality and adherence to standards for order, cleanliness, and safety. Main Responsibilities * Verify that finished product pallets contain correct information (quantity, batch, material, labeling, and stacking). * Conduct audits and record information per the quality management system. * Visually inspect product integrity and ensure proper wrapping and packaging. * Operate electric pallet jack and complete pre-use checklist. * Support the inspection and packaging department as needed. * Communicate pending items during shift changes to ensure operational continuity. * Maintain area order and cleanliness following the 5S methodology. * Comply with safety guidelines and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Requirements * Knowledge of finished product inspection and packaging. * Experience in pallet verification, labeling, and batch control. * Electric pallet jack operation. * Basic knowledge of quality standards. * Commitment to industrial safety and 5S culture. Working Conditions * Ability to lift certain weights. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and temperature variations typical of a plant environment.
