Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Technician to install, configure, and provide technical support for technological equipment at expos, trade fairs, and events across the Mexican Republic. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support during events in various cities. 2. Active participation in the installation and configuration of technological equipment. 3. Resolution of technical incidents and user support. We seek a Technical Support Technician to provide assistance and technical support during expos, trade fairs, and events held in various cities across the Mexican Republic. The position involves participating in the installation, configuration, and support of technological equipment during events, ensuring proper operational functionality. Responsibilities: * Installation and configuration of computing equipment * Technical support to users during events * Configuration of laptops, printers, and peripheral devices * Basic network and internet support * Incident handling and resolution * Support for audio and video equipment * Configuration and support of payment terminals * Equipment loading and unloading * On-site monitoring and troubleshooting Requirements: * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support * Knowledge of networks, hardware, and equipment configuration * Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Mexican Republic * Availability to work on weekends * Service-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills We Offer: * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) coverage * Per diem allowances * Accommodation * Transportation * Meals during assignments * Participation in nationwide events * Recurring projects with continuity Work Modality: Event-based (2–3 events per month) Salary: $12,970.00 – $16,768.20 per month Work Location: On the road
