Education: Chemical Engineer or related degree 1 year of experience in a similar position (internship experience accepted) Intermediate English **Objective:** Ensure equipment manufacturing complies with drawings, procedures, and customer specifications, guaranteeing product quality, reliability, and conformance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Generate traveler sheets and inspection plans according to project requirements. * Prepare and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to closure. * Conduct in-plant inspections (visual, dimensional, material traceability, weld markings and welding processes) per fabrication drawings, traveler sheets, and applicable specifications, generating corresponding reports and records. * Develop and track the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) program for assigned equipment until manufacturing completion. * Perform process tests (hydrostatic, pneumatic, leak, painting, and cleaning) and prepare corresponding reports. * Generate and track review of the Data Report (MDR) prior to equipment release. * Compile and validate the quality dossier prior to equipment shipment. * Participate in activities arising from customer claims and corrective actions. * Generate and control documentation required by the customer. * Propose improvements to inspection and quality control processes. * Comply with internal policies and regulations regarding punctuality, attendance, and safety. ***Opportunity to Learn Extensively*** WE OFFER BENEFITS EXCEEDING LEGAL REQUIREMENTS Work schedule: Monday to Friday, located in Apodaca area.
