Job Summary: The Public Areas Operator is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the hotel's common areas, ensuring a pleasant and safe environment for guests, and supporting housekeepers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas to ensure a pleasant environment. 2. Support housekeepers to guarantee excellent guest service. 3. Report anomalies and ensure the proper condition of work equipment. Maintain cleanliness and order in the hotel's common areas. Your duties focus on ensuring guests enjoy a pleasant and safe environment, as well as assisting housekeepers with various tasks by providing them with necessary supplies in residences and villas to deliver excellent guest service. **As a Public Areas Operator, you will be responsible for:** * Maintaining cleanliness and order in common areas, ensuring spaces are pleasant and safe for guests. This includes sweeping, mopping, and frequently disinfecting surfaces, as well as removing trash. * Keeping supply areas stocked with items such as toilet paper, soap, etc. * Conducting periodic inspections of assigned areas to identify and report any issues or repair needs. * Receiving pending tasks, instructions, and recent information from the outgoing shift. * Handing over the work area with all equipment complete, in good condition, clean, and organized. * Cleaning ramps in various key staff and service areas. * Keeping handrails clean in various areas. * Removing and storing mats neatly in their assigned storage rooms. * Reporting any anomalies found in your work areas to your supervisor. * Cleaning the viewpoint, parking lots, and maneuvering yard. **Why do team members enjoy working with us?** We are committed to living our mission together: "By putting people first, we ensure team members become family, guests become owners, and owners become the heart of everything we do." * Hospitality * Integrity * Leadership * Teamwork * Accountability * Now **To succeed in this role, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:** * Technical training * Secondary education certificates * 3 months of experience in the hospitality industry. * Effective communication * Problem-solving * Responsible * Proactive * Teamwork * Service-oriented attitude **In this position, it would be advantageous to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:** * Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products. * Proficiency in appropriate procedures and products for maintaining facility hygiene. * Familiarity with laws and regulations related to safety and hygiene. * Proficiency in cleaning and maintenance tools.
