Job Summary:
Provides in-store operational support and builds positive customer relationships, ensuring excellent sales and service experiences by identifying customer needs and offering solutions.

Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing store customers. Deliver positive customer experiences throughout the sales and service process by identifying customer needs and offering the best available alternatives. Provide in-store operational support to achieve sales goals.
* Properly arrange merchandise on the sales floor and in the truck
* Arrange excess inventory
* Execute planograms and scanning
* Perform store opening and closing tasks
* Assist with cleaning, labeling, and fronting activities
* Greet customers upon entering the store, offering help and assistance, and informing them of available options based on their requests
* Probe into customers' requirements and needs, and provide recommendations—delivering consultative sales at the counter, customer service, telephone sales, and counter sales
* Operate ZNET
* Process sales transactions via cash register using cash, comply with cash register collection policies, and process returns
* High school diploma completed
* Field of study: Automotive technician, mechanics, or related field (preferred)
* Prior experience in mechanics, auto parts stores, or commercial advisory roles
* Availability for a rotating schedule from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday
