Here, your work truly matters—and so do you. **What will be your mission?** As a Warehouse Cleaning Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining warehouse and production areas clean, organized, and safe, ensuring hygiene, material traceability, and compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations. You will work closely with Logistics, Quality, and Production teams to ensure warehouse operations run efficiently and in accordance with GMP standards. **What you’ll do daily** **Cleaning and maintenance of areas** * Perform daily and scheduled cleaning of corridors, shelving units, loading/unloading zones, and storage areas according to protocols. * Disinfect surfaces and equipment when required, following approved cleaning instructions and authorized products. * Remove waste and manage its segregation in accordance with environmental and safety policies. * Participate in periodic deep cleaning (e.g., deep cleaning of shelving units, cold rooms, and critical zones). **Control and traceability** * Assist in the correct identification and labeling of materials and zones after cleaning tasks to ensure traceability. * Record cleaning activities in relevant forms and systems. * Report any incidents, spills, or material damage to the warehouse supervisor and the Quality team. **Safety and compliance** * Strictly comply with applicable Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental regulations in the warehouse. * Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure its proper maintenance. * Identify potential workplace hazards and communicate improvement suggestions. **Logistical support and collaboration** * Coordinate with warehouse staff to perform cleaning outside operating hours or during scheduled shutdowns, minimizing operational impact. * Support basic material handling tasks as required by the supervisor, always adhering to manual handling safety rules. * Participate in inventories and other time-sensitive activities requiring prior area preparation or cleaning. **What you need to excel in this role** * High school diploma or equivalent; training in industrial hygiene, professional cleaning, or related fields is preferred. * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in industrial cleaning, warehousing, or logistics is valued. * Basic knowledge of hygiene standards, handling of cleaning products, and waste segregation. * Ability to follow written procedures, record activities, and clearly report incidents. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and teamwork orientation. * Availability to work rotating shifts and perform physical tasks (e.g., lifting moderate loads, standing for extended periods). * Basic computer skills for activity logging; experience with warehouse management systems is a plus. **What we offer at Eurofragance** * Stability and growth opportunities within an expanding international company. * A multicultural environment that fosters learning and collaboration. * Continuous training and internal mobility opportunities. * Medical insurance and social benefits in accordance with local legislation. * Meal vouchers and transportation assistance, per company policy. **Why Eurofragance** We foster an inclusive space where everyone is welcome, regardless of gender, age, origin, or ability.
