**My Tienda del Ahorro is seeking a Baker in Saltillo, Coahuila de Zaragoza** ------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Job Objective:** Ensure the preparation, production, and display of bakery products, guaranteeing quality, freshness, presentation, and product availability for our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** Prepare sweet bread, white bread, and/or cakes according to established recipes and standards. Prepare doughs, mixtures, fermentations, baking, decoration, and finishing of products. Ensure proper product display, stock replenishment, and rotation. Monitor production timelines to ensure product availability and freshness. Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene within the work area. Control waste, raw material utilization, and basic inventory. Operate ovens, mixers, and bakery equipment safely. Ensure compliance with food quality and safety processes. **Requirements:** Experience in preparing sweet bread, white bread, and/or pastries. Knowledge of fermentation, baking, and decoration processes (preferred). Flexible availability for work schedule. Focus on quality, organization, and teamwork.
