




Job Summary: A qualified machinery operator responsible for performing precise machining operations according to technical specifications, ensuring product quality and equipment maintenance. Focus on maintenance and organization of the work area. **Job Objective** Perform machining operations in accordance with blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders, ensuring dimensional accuracy, product quality, proper equipment usage, and workplace order. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Operate lathes, milling machines, or other assigned equipment according to specialty. * Perform machining operations in accordance with blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. * Complete weekly equipment checklist (lathe, milling machine, boring mill, and accessories). * Conduct weekly inspections of oil levels, lubrication, and overall equipment operation. * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the machine, tools, and work area. * Submit completed checklists and equipment failure reports to the Production Supervisor. * Support operational activities as directed. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education (not mandatory). * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a machine operator (lathe, milling machine). * Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints. * Proficiency in using measuring instruments. * Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance and adjustments. * Availability to work overtime. **Benefits** * Weekly payment. * $14,000 to $16,000 net monthly (based on experience). * IMSS coverage from day one. * 15 days’ year-end bonus. * 12 vacation days after the first year. * 25% vacation premium. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
