Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating the flow of materials and finished goods, ensuring adherence to the production plan and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Integrated coordination of materials and production 2. Inventory management and quality control 3. Key communication with production and procurement departments **HUMAGSA is seeking a Shipping and Finished Goods Warehouse professional in Xhala \- Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Coordinate weekly plans with the production and procurement departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials, thereby guaranteeing compliance with the production plan. * Conduct and report weekly inventories of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to request necessary materials. * Maintain minimum required inventory levels to avoid production costs. * Receive materials, verifying characteristics of incoming materials, equipment, and/or supplies. * Maintain control over packaging materials and related inventory. * Process and fulfill warehouse material requisition slips. * Verify that raw material transactions (receipts and issuances) are recorded in the system. * Record finished goods receipts into the system. * Verify availability of requested materials in the warehouse. * Establish close communication with production and procurement departments to ensure timely supply of necessary materials for production plan fulfillment. * Notify procurement sufficiently in advance regarding missing resources as per the production plan. * Perform all tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Submit weekly cyclic and monthly inventory reports. * Responsible for warehouse organization. * Receive raw materials and safeguard warehouse entry and exit seals. * Report weekly incidents involving personnel. **Desired Education Level:** Higher Education \- Degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Expert Level **Departmental Function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods **Skills:** * TEAMWORK * Assertive communication *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0cdeed3700005d008fb3fb\&source\=indeed*
