Here, design doesn’t stay at the level of pretty ideas—it is grounded, executed, and delivered. ***IMPORTANT:*** This position is NOT for junior or entry-level candidates. ***Before applying:*** Review our work and ensure you resonate with our style: goals.com.mx **What are we looking for?** Real-world experience at a marketing agency, advertising agency, or creative studio. **Strong proficiency in:** * Adobe Illustrator * Photoshop * InDesign **Essential experience in digital design and social media content:** * Social media posts and campaigns * Stories and vertical formats * Content for digital advertising * Adaptations across multiple formats * Visual branding for brands * Presentations and commercial materials **Essential experience in print design:** * Flyers * Menus * Packaging * POP materials * Billboards * Catalogs * Branding * Preparing files for printing and production **Ability to:** * Work quickly and with sound judgment * Manage multiple pending tasks * Solve visual problems * Adapt to different brand styles * Deliver final artwork correctly **We’re looking for someone who is:** * Proactive * Solution-oriented * Possesses a strong visual eye * Organized * Detail-oriented * Does not require constant supervision * Capable of maintaining quality even under a high workload **PLUS:** * Motion Graphics / After Effects * Knowledge of AI applied to design * Experience in branding * Experience in large-format and print production **What will you do?** * Develop visual content for social media and digital campaigns * Design content for national and international brands * Create assets for advertising, branding, and graphic production * Adapt digital and printed materials * Develop presentations, packaging, layouts, and visual assets * Participate in high-impact visual projects and fast-paced agency initiatives **What do we offer?** * Monthly salary based on experience: $16,000 MXN to $18,000 MXN (tax-free) * Performance review after 3 months * Bonuses for extra projects * Creative and dynamic work environment * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM * Offices in Ciudad del Sol, Zapopan **IMPORTANT:** Portfolio submission is mandatory.
