Job Summary: Responsible for assembling and programming CNC lathes and milling machines, supervising part quality, and generating production reports. Key Highlights: 1. CNC lathe and milling machine programming. 2. Inspection of parts using precision instruments. 3. Interpretation of engineering drawings and material handling. - Responsible for assembly and programming of CNC lathes and CNC milling machines - Tool insert replacement and tool compensation - In-process inspection of parts using tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, optical comparators, and gages - Generation of production and quality reports Knowledge Requirements - Machine-side or software-based programming (mandatory) - Interpretation of engineering drawings, dimensional and geometric tolerances - Knowledge of quality inspection instruments - Handling of materials such as stainless steel, steel, and brass - Preventive maintenance Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,400.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
