We connect individuals with available cars to people needing to rent a vehicle for personal use. ***An Airbnb for cars***. We operate in CDMX, Cancún, Mérida, and Guadalajara. We are a Mexican startup building a team ready to grow alongside the company. **THE ROLE** We seek a high-quality video content producer. You will create 5 new videos per week across multiple formats (Reels, TikToks, testimonials, UGC\-style, cinematic shorts, video ads) using AI (Gemini, Runway, Adobe Pro) to deliver speed and quality. When AI output falls short, you’ll perform manual post\-editing and color grading using Adobe tools. You’ll work across two audiences. ***Your obsession: conversion—not just cinematic aesthetics.*** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TOOLS** * Produce 5 high-impact videos weekly, optimized for conversion on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. * Execute advanced editing in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, elevating quality where AI requires refinement. * Strategically iterate based on performance metrics. * Creative tools provided: Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects), Gemini Pro, and Magnific for maximum efficiency. **PROFILE AND OPPORTUNITY** * Advanced student (mid-degree) in Audiovisual Production, Digital Communication, Marketing, or related field, with strategic vision for video performance. * Demonstrable hands-on experience in color grading, fast editing, and basic motion graphics. * Startup mindset: willingness to grow rapidly in an agile, iterative, and high-impact environment. * Hybrid work mode (remote \+ office in southern CDMX zone) (Video stock creation tools provided weekly). * Clear growth path toward Company Production Lead.
