Responsibility and results orientation **Job Description** **Overview:** The production operator is responsible for sorting, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, and packaging various components of surgical trays as required. **Key Responsibilities:** * The production operator is responsible for receiving the necessary components for assembling the requested kit * Follow applicable procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Keep storage locations organized and clean * Participate in activities and programs required by the company * Contribute to personal and company safety **Required Competencies:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in the medical industry (desirable) * 6 months to 1 year of experience in conveyor line work and cleanrooms (desirable) **Skills:** * Communication * Teamwork * Proactive * Results-oriented * Responsible **Education:** Elementary school, junior high school.
