Responsibility and proactivity in assigned tasks **Job Description** **Overview:** The production operator is responsible for sorting, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, and packaging, among other activities, the various components of surgical trays as required. **Primary Responsibilities:** * The production operator is responsible for receiving the necessary components for assembling the requested kit * Follow applicable procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Leave storage locations organized and clean * Participate in company-required activities and programs * Contribute to personal and company safety **Required Competencies:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in the medical industry (desirable) * 6 months to 1 year of experience in line work and cleanrooms (desirable) **Skills:** * Communication * Teamwork * Proactive * Results-oriented * Responsible **Education:** Elementary, secondary.
