A leading company in the food industry is seeking: **Industrial Cafeteria Warehouse Clerk** **Job Objective:** Efficiently manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of dry goods, perishables, chemicals, and disposables, ensuring inventory control, proper product rotation, and compliance with hygiene standards to prevent losses and maintain optimal operational conditions. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in food warehouses, commissaries, industrial cafeterias, or similar positions. * Knowledge of hygienic food handling. * Experience in inventory control and product rotation. * Distintivo H certification is desirable. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility in handling supplies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive goods and verify that products match invoices and purchase orders in quantity, weight, and quality. * Monitor and record temperatures of refrigerated and frozen products upon receipt. * Apply the FIFO system to ensure proper supply rotation and prevent expiration. * Supply production areas with materials according to daily requisitions and scheduled menus. * Maintain a clean, organized warehouse in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. * Record incoming and outgoing supplies in the system or physical logs. * Track inventory control to prevent shortages, overstocks, and losses. **Desired Profile:** We seek an organized, responsible individual with experience in food warehousing who can ensure appropriate supply control and support smooth operational performance.
