Position Summary: We are seeking a Credit and Collections Assistant to manage receipt, delivery, billing, and customer contact for data validation, credit assignment, and collections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive credit and collections management. 2. Direct interaction with customers for credit assignment. 3. Prepayment preparation and billing. Papelerías Conti has over 30 years of market presence, distributing stationery and office supplies to both retailers and wholesalers; maintaining an extensive client portfolio and striving to stay at the forefront to position ourselves as the top stationery store in the region. Credit and Collections Assistant: \- Technical degree, internship, or bachelor’s degree in accounting, administration, finance, or related field. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit or accounts receivable preferred. Responsibilities: \- Receipt and delivery of delivery notes and/or invoices. \- Preparation of prepayments. \- Distribution records tracking for sales representatives and responsible personnel. \- Billing. \- Customer calls and visits for data validation, credit assignment, or collections. \- Customer onboarding and profile updates. \- Receipt and safekeeping of negotiable instruments.
