**JOIN US AS A Community Manager** **Our Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. * One year of experience in the field. * AGE: 23 – 29 YEARS OLD * Proficiency with computers, graphic tablets, printers, scanners, digital cameras, and presentation equipment. * Mastery of design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, CorelDRAW, among others. * Familiarity with digital collaboration tools. * Creation of promotional and digital materials aligned with brand identity. * Design of advertising materials for real estate properties (brochures, posters, billboards, flyers, etc.). * Collaborative work with diverse teams. * Continuous updating on digital marketing and design trends. **Key Responsibilities / Community Manager:** * Define and monitor digital marketing and social media objectives. * Develop and manage the content publication calendar. * Generate digital communications to strengthen relationships with the community and customers. * Analyze competitors’ activities. * Identify industry influencers and opinion leaders to establish strategic partnerships. * Monitor KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports. * Creation and editing of graphic materials. * UI design for websites and digital platforms. * UX design, optimizing usability and accessibility. * Image editing and enhancement. * Development of visual identity (logos, color palettes, typography). * Production of visual content for social media, blogs, and digital campaigns. **We Offer You:** * Salary: $11,500 net per month. * Statutory benefits. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. **Work Location:** * Lomas Verdes, Naucalpan Salary: $11,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
