Mission Provide reception and route settlement services by handling cash and checks to ensure accurate daily sales tracking in compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities 1\.\- Perform route settlements * Receive daily sales proceeds (cash, checks, transfers, tokens) and enter them into the system. * Receive checks and verify related data. * Receive and validate delivery notes and credit invoices from internal audit, as well as sales vouchers, via the document monitoring screen. * Print and deliver route settlement reports. * Support cashier assistant activities. 2\.\- Issue acknowledgments for payments received from internal audit. 3\.\- Perform cash reconciliation to confirm that system records match actual values received from routes, and transfer collected funds to the cashier on the final shift for bank deposit. * Sum received values to obtain totals. * Classify checks according to their respective banks. * Submit a system report of the day’s total deposit amount. * Prepare detailed invoice breakdowns per unit for submission to billing. 4\.\- (Final-shift cashier) Execute bank deposits. * Deposit checks via Bancomer’s online portal and print deposit receipts. * Prepare deposit slips for Banco and Panamericano deposits. * Record deposits (cash, checks, transfers) in the system. 5\.\- Notify security to request Panamericano’s cash collection service. * Deliver deposits to Panamericano. * Validate Panamericano’s signatures on deposit receipts. 6\.\- Send deposit receipts, delivery notes, and invoices to Accounting.
