Valid driver's license Responsibilities: Negotiate agreements with contractors Procure materials Administrative construction site control Coordinate and supervise personnel Monitor progress to ensure adherence to construction schedule Competencies: Leadership Monitoring and Control Attention to detail and results Conflict Resolution Salary: $17,000–$18,000 MXN, tax-free, based on experience Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 hrs; Saturdays, 9:00–13:00 hrs.
