Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible and creative Architect to draft plans, source furniture, create mood boards, and develop construction and quotation drawings. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration on furniture and finishing projects Profile: Responsible, organized, creative, committed, proactive individual with a strong interest in learning. Required Degree: Bachelor's in Architecture. Morning shift mandatory: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Responsibilities: * Drafting of carpentry plans. * Sourcing and proposing furniture. * Creating mood boards. * Construction drawings (finishes, wall layouts, ceiling plans, construction details). * Quotation drawings (upholstery, curtains, baseboards, moldings). Basic knowledge of finishes. * Revit \- Intermediate. * SketchUp \- Intermediate. * AutoCAD \- Advanced. * Microsoft Office/Canva \- Intermediate. * Layout \- Intermediate.
