**Job Objective:** Coordinate and monitor the administrative and operational control of construction projects, ensuring compliance with budget, progress, estimates, and execution schedules in luxury residential projects. **Requirements:** * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Experience: 3 to 5 years in construction control for luxury residential projects, high-rise buildings, or premium developments. Knowledge of: * Budgetary and cost control of construction. * Estimates and estimators. * Construction scheduling and monitoring. * Contract and change order control. * Reading and interpretation of blueprints. * Physical\-financial progress reports. * ERP systems and document control. Software: * Advanced Excel. * AutoCAD. * Neodata / Opus. * MS Project or Primavera. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation and monitoring of budgets and estimates. * Control of construction progress and schedule adherence. * Review of quantities and estimators. * Monitoring of contractors and suppliers. * Preparation of executive and physical\-financial reports. * Documental and administrative control of the project. * Validation of purchase orders and contracts. * Coordination with site managers and construction supervision. **Competencies:** * Organization and follow-up. * Numerical analysis. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Problem solving. * Working under pressure. **Work Location:** Cancún.
