Leading Construction Developer in the industry seeks: **Construction Superintendent** **Requirements**: * **Sole and direct responsibility for vertical building projects** * · Execution of projects exceeding 10 levels, having supervised the entire project lifecycle—from site shoring to final handover to the client. * · Experience across various construction phases: site shoring (specifically anchor systems), cast-in-place concrete structures, masonry, finishes, installations (electrical, hydraulic, sanitary), carpentry, landscaping, among others. * · Prior leadership of a team of resident engineers. * · Coordination of contractors across different specialties. * · Site planning and logistics. * · · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (licensed) * · · Age: 40 years or older * · · Experience: 10 years in a similar position **· Position Objective:** * · Meet or exceed established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * · Achieve zero accidents on site. **Key Responsibilities:** * · Coordinate and supervise project execution. * · Coordinate and supervise the site resident engineering team. * · Participate in and provide feedback during labor hiring processes. * · Coordinate contractors across different specialties. * · Site planning and logistics. * · Conduct weekly Last Planner sessions. * · Monitor implementation of the site safety plan. **Attitudes** * · Teamwork * · Disciplined * · Organized * · Analytical · **Proactive** * · Goal-oriented work ethic * · Frustration tolerance We offer * · Salary plus statutory benefits \+ statutory benefits \+ quarterly performance bonus. * · If you meet the profile, please submit your information through this channel—we will contact you shortly.
