Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Architect with experience in architectural, interior, retail, and museographic projects to develop proposals, drawings, 3D models, and presentations. The **Wax Museum** is looking for a **Senior Architect** with a minimum of **5 years of verifiable experience** in architectural, interior, retail, and/or museographic projects, including proposal development, execution of executive projects, engineering development, knowledge of furniture design and fabrication, concept catalog development, construction scheduling, and generation of cost estimates. **In this position, you will be responsible for:** * Reporting project progress to the Project Manager * Developing conceptual proposals for assigned projects * Drawing 2D architectural and museographic plans in AutoCAD * Creating 3D models in SketchUp * Producing architectural and museographic renders in Enscape * Preparing digital and printed presentations in AI or PP * Developing concept catalogs * Preparing construction schedules * Preparing cost estimates * Monitoring suppliers and contractors * Conducting ongoing reviews of projects under your responsibility * Maintaining an organized digital archive according to the guidelines established in the Operations Manual **Required Knowledge:** * AutoCAD * SketchUp * Photoshop and AI * Office * Opus, Neodata or similar **Competencies:** * Creativity and design capability * Strong ability to clearly express ideas and concepts verbally and in writing * Negotiation skills and ability to interact effectively with suppliers and construction workers * Proactivity and strategic planning ability **Compensation and Additional Benefits** Competitive monthly salary Opportunities for professional growth and development.
