Excellent work environment. **Resident Construction Assistant** **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in supervision and management of public construction projects. * Knowledge of regulations, standards, and procedures for public construction projects. * Skills in planning, quality control, and personnel management. * Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, OPUS, Neodata, and Office. * Willingness to travel to various construction sites. * Proven experience in building construction. * Minimum experience in Personnel Administration. **Responsibilities:** * Supervision and control of construction execution. * Coordination with suppliers and contractors. * Preparation of progress reports and budget control. * Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary of $3,500.00 * Statutory benefits * Working hours from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays half-day. * Professional development opportunities. * Excellent work environment.
