Mechanical Resident Engineer 1\. Develop a mechanical construction schedule and coordinate it with civil and electrical schedules to avoid interference in works. 2\. Ensure all drawings are available on site and verify overall engineering consistency. 3\. Manage materials, equipment, and tools required for the project according to the discipline under responsibility, from requisition through delivery to site. 4\. Prepare and manage work plans for assigned work fronts in coordination with the Construction Superintendent. 5\. Verify the actual progress status of works and issue alerts representing risks relevant to the discipline. 6\. Supervise crew work and clarify doubts. 7\. Monitor crew productivity. 8\. Prepare construction progress reports. 9\. Administration and control of mechanical personnel 10\. Prepare reports on pipeline and equipment testing. 11\. Report field modifications to engineering. 12\. Comply with the Quality Management System as stipulated in ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable requirements.
