You will be the first person our patients see upon arrival, so we highly value warmth, professional appearance, and a service-oriented attitude. **Responsibilities** * In-person reception and patient care * Appointment scheduling and follow-up * Responding to messages, phone calls, and emails * Inventory management and supply procurement * Supervision of cleaning staff * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the clinic * Proficiency with office tools: Excel, Word, and email **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult customers * Punctual, responsible, and proactive * Professional personal appearance * Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $18,000 * Statutory benefits * Professional and aesthetic work environment * Job stability If you meet the profile, apply now.
