Ensure operation and connectivity of all systems **Job Summary** --------------- As a Business Systems Specialist you will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, education and maintenance of the engineering suite of applications to support the Engineering IT strategy and providing a technical lead on the development and release of improvements to the ERP system. **Job Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Ensure the operation and connectivity of all systems within the organization. * Provide and manage the necessary computing tools for the optimal development of the activities of the members of the organization. * Offer technical support at all levels of the organization. * Direct communication with the corporate IT department. * Management of Active Director * SSCM Management. **Job Qualifications** ---------------------- * **Education**: IT Bachelor's Degree. * **English**: Fluent (written and verbal). * **Experience**: Experience at least 2 years in similar position. Installation and configuration of software and hardware (printers, network cards, etc.) Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and configuration of LAN/WAN networks. Strong Microsoft Office knowledge. Computer equipment configuration. Knowledge of VoIP telephony. Knowledge AXIS CCTV system.
