Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Architect to transform ideas into real-world commercial space projects—from facades to signage—defining their execution. Key Highlights: 1. We’re looking for a Project Architect who can turn ideas into tangible projects: from commercial facades to complete branding and wayfinding solutions. Here, you don’t just conceptualize—you define how execution happens. **Your impact:** --------------- * Develop proposals and 3D renders for commercial spaces * Produce technical drawings ready for production and installation * Design considering real materials, lighting, and structural requirements * Translate creative concepts into viable and buildable solutions * Collaborate on projects that are ultimately implemented on-site **This role is right for you if:** --------------------------- * You think like an architect and execute like a project designer * You’re passionate about seeing your ideas realized in physical spaces * You understand construction processes and material properties * You are proficient in AutoCAD \+ 3D software (SketchUp, 3ds, etc.) * You comfortably bridge creativity and technical execution Zapopan (Bugambilias) $15K – $20K net \+ benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday
