Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with strong organizational and leadership abilities to supervise the technical and administrative execution of projects, ensuring timeliness, quality, cost control, and safety. Decision-making under pressure We seek a Civil Engineer or Architect with strong organizational and leadership capabilities to oversee the technical and administrative execution of our projects. You will be directly responsible for ensuring that construction is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while guaranteeing personnel safety and proper implementation of construction processes. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles involving civil works and finishing works. Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Soft Skills: - Leadership and personnel management (including interaction with unions and subcontractors). - Assertive communication. - Negotiation ability and decision-making under pressure.
