Responsibilities: * Lead improvement projects * Capable of proposing solutions to business needs * Estimate timelines, propose solutions, and allocate tasks * Direct the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) and implementation of high-criticality software * Define strategic scopes, manage schedules, and lead technical teams to transform business requirements into scalable architectures * Specialist in Microsoft technologies (.NET, C\#, VB, SQL Server) with key experience in data governance and implementation of complex solutions such as Oracle MFCS Requirements: Five or more years of experience in: * Directing the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) and implementation of high-criticality software * Defining strategic scopes, managing schedules, and leading technical teams to transform business requirements into scalable architectures * Microsoft technologies (.NET, C\#, VB, SQL Server) * Key experience in data governance and implementation of complex solutions such as Oracle MFCS * Experience directing critical implementations and migrations of Oracle Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS) * Data Governance \& Oracle DB: Oversight of data model designs, optimization of batch processes, and data cleansing and migration strategies * Completed degree in Computer Science or related field What We Offer: * Indefinite-term project * Competitive negotiable salary plus statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM * Hybrid work mode (currently remote, but on-site availability required in Santa Catarina) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $35,000\.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * MFCS: 3 years (Preferred) * Data Governance: 3 years (Preferred) * SDLC: 5 years (Preferred) * .NET: 5 years (Preferred) * VB: 5 years (Preferred) * C\#: 5 years (Preferred) * Microsoft SQL Server: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Zona Industrial, 66210 San Pedro Garza García, N.L.
