The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating, designing, and supervising architectural projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and achievement of objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Development and preparation of executive projects (architectural drawings, construction details, technical specifications). * Architectural design focused on high-end residential developments. * Preparation of construction budgets and cost control. * Project administration across all phases. * Construction supervision to ensure compliance with design, quality, and timelines. * Coordination with engineering teams, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams. * Monitoring of progress and preparation of construction reports. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (degree holder). * Minimum 2 years of experience in: * Preparation of executive projects * Design of high-end residential developments * Budgeting and construction cost control * Project administration and construction supervision * Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar). * Knowledge of construction regulations and processes. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. * Communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Desired Competencies** * Proactivity and results orientation * Analytical thinking * Time management * Adaptability Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
