We seek a licensed Architect or Civil Engineer with experience in supervising and executing construction and steel structure projects. The candidate will be responsible for on-site work, ensuring compliance with the construction schedule, controlling resources, and guaranteeing quality and safety throughout project execution. Responsibilities: Preparation of site generators Daily construction progress supervision Coordination of technical and operational personnel on-site Preparation of progress reports, logs, and estimates Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Attending construction meetings with clients and suppliers Budget preparation, quotations, material/tool/subcontractor comparisons Comparison of data regarding budget variance between initial and actual expenditures Preparation and tracking of construction schedules Administrative processes, weekly reports, and requests for personnel onboarding/offboarding on-site Skills: Proficiency in CivilCad and AutoCAD Microsoft Office suite Construction management software Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Construction Resident or in similar roles Knowledge of construction processes, standards, and regulations Experience in steel structures Leadership and problem-solving skills Experience in steel structures Must reside within the Guadalajara Metropolitan Zone (ZMG) Salary MXN 25,000 net per month Work Location: Avenida Base Aérea, Zapopan, Jalisco. (Flex Norte) Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday; Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Immediate availability required Salary: $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
