Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to design, plan, and manage construction projects, supervise construction work, and coordinate teams, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Key Highlights: 1. Project design, planning, and management. 2. Construction supervision and compliance with legal and safety requirements. 3. Team coordination and effective communication with clients and contractors. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Higher education — Bachelor’s degree. * Age: 35 years old * Prior experience at La Loma Club * 100% rendering and drafting capability * Ability to design, plan, and manage construction projects. * Extensive experience in residential and commercial construction. * Personal vehicle required **Knowledge:** * 3ds Max * AutoCAD * Rendering * Construction * Creativity * Design * Concept catalog * Project management * Project planning * Problem solving **Skills:** · To supervise construction and ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements . **Responsibilities:** · Design of steel structures · Drafting of plans · Generators and estimations. · Proficiency in design and rendering software · Flexible working hours · Ability to work in a team. · Analytical and problem-solving skills. Plan interpretation. · Preparation of architectural, installation, and structural drawings. · Coordination of the work team · Management of construction permits and licenses · Maintain effective communication with clients and contractors · Interpersonal interaction. . **We Offer:** · Immediate and direct hiring · Excellent working environment · Weekly salary .
