




Job Summary: Tecmilenio seeks an administrative professional to manage admissions, documentation, and academic processes while providing excellent service to students and parents. In this position, **your main challenge is** to perform administrative tasks related to admissions, documentation, and procedures, contributing to proper student tracking throughout their time at Tecmilenio, as well as delivering excellent service to students and their families on these matters. **Responsibilities**: 1. Carry out the institutional admissions process on campus: document validation in CRM, assignment of enrollment ID, completion in the operating system (Banner/Salesforce), document retrieval, and credentialing. 2\. Validate, safeguard, and manage the documentation comprising the student’s file within the school warehouse—from admission through graduation. 3\. Contribute to compiling statistical reports requested by educational authorities, timely and accurately. 4\. Safeguard documentation supporting campus operations linked to the academic operating system: grade lists, official letters, degree certification minutes, etc. 5\. Execute and manage academic operational processes according to regulations: certificates, withdrawals, transfers, academic program changes, course equivalencies, validations, apostilles, transcripts, graduation options, etc. 6\. Implement delegated activities for internal audit processes (ITESM System, National Leaders) and external audits (SEP, PROFECO, SRE). 7\. Monitor and enforce the University’s general academic-administrative regulations, policies, and norms. 8\. Execute processes in accordance with institutional academic and school calendars. 9\. Provide friendly and effective service across all services offered by the department. 10\. Manage graduation event logistics each term by fulfilling activities defined by the Campus School Services Coordination. 11\. Process official documentation correctly—requested by various stakeholders—through the University’s certification and legalization departments for all academic levels. 12\. Appropriately manage information, documents, and procedures across the University’s various campuses. 13\. Follow up on requests and inquiries from the SEDENA-SEMAR population. 14\. Promptly address questions and outreach from our graduates.
