




Position Summary: Ensure accurate payroll administration, calculation, control, and electronic stamping (timbrado), guaranteeing compliance with current labor, tax, and social security regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payroll administration and calculation. 2. Incident tracking and IMSS/INFONAVIT transaction management. 3. Severance and settlement calculations. Position Objective: Ensure accurate payroll administration, calculation, control, and electronic stamping (timbrado), guaranteeing compliance with current labor, tax, and social security regulations. Main Responsibilities: Payroll calculation, review, and electronic stamping (timbrado) (CONTPAQI) Incident tracking (absences, disabilities, vacations, etc.) Employee registration, termination, and modification procedures with IMSS and INFONAVIT (SUA, IDSE, SIPARE). Calculation and control of Daily Integrated Wage (SDI) and Income Tax (ISR). Severance and settlement calculations. Accounting integration and reconciliations between CONTPAQI Payroll modules. Requirements: Ø Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. Ø Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll processing. Ø Proficiency in CONTPAQI Payroll software (mandatory). Ø Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data validation, database cross-referencing). Ø Knowledge of SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and INFONAVIT Empresarial systems. Ø Familiarity with and ability to apply the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax Law (LISR), Social Security Law (LSS), INFONAVIT Law, Federal Tax Code (CFF), and Digital Fiscal Receipt (CFDI) regulations.
