Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with area leaders. **JOB PROFILE** **Junior Recruiter** **Job Objective** Support national-level corporate vacancy fulfillment by implementing recruitment techniques, selection filters, and coordination with area leaders—ensuring timely identification of candidates aligned with the required profile, organizational culture, and operational needs of the company. **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection. * Knowledge of administrative recruitment and selection processes. * Experience using job boards (Indeed, OCC, Computrabajo, etc.). * Competency-based interviews (basic level). **Functions and Responsibilities** * Post job openings on job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms. * Conduct candidate search and attraction through various channels. * Screen and analyze resumes according to requested profiles. * Conduct initial interviews (telephone or virtual) to validate candidate experience, skills, and expectations. * Coordinate interviews with area leaders or managers. * Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process. * Support basic administration and interpretation of psychometric or technical assessments (if applicable). * Prepare vacancy tracking and candidate status reports. * Maintain an updated candidate database. * Support hiring and onboarding processes for new employees. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Average time to fill vacancies. * Staffing coverage percentage. * Hired employee turnover rate. * Quality of hire. **Compensation Structure** * $15,000 MXN monthly net salary. * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Free uniforms. * Preferential travel discounts. **Work Schedule** * Monday–Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. **Work Location** * Providencia Financial District.
