Responsibilities Support recruitment and selection processes (posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews). Candidate follow-up. File compilation and updating. Database management. Support in administrative tasks of the department. Support in internal communication and organizational events. Requirements Currently enrolled student in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Valid faculty internship insurance. Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
