Knowledge: Basic accounting, administration, cash reconciliation, Microsoft Office Suite, experience in collections, treasury, supplier interaction (payment of services), expense management, and team leadership. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position (Administrative Coordinator, Accountant, Accounting Analyst, Administrative Manager), preferably in a service-oriented company. Responsibilities: Manage and ensure collections and billing for the business unit’s revenue. Guarantee excellent customer service to all clients. Ensure the correct execution of administrative procedures, proper digital file compilation, and adherence to institutional policies and procedures defined for the area. We Offer: Location / Av.
