Availability to attend Monday through Friday during morning hours. Minimum availability of 6 months. **Responsibilities:** * Post job openings on job board platforms and/or social media. * Assist with the integration, tracking, and digitization of personnel files. * Perform administrative tasks within the department. * Support new employee onboarding processes, including institutional email account requests, assignment of work equipment and uniforms. * Participate in the design, logistics, and execution of integration activities and/or events managed by the Human Resources Department.
