Knowledge of competency-based interviews and psychometric tests **RECRUITER** **Job Description:** Ensure the attraction, assessment, and selection of suitable talent to fill operational, administrative, technical, and managerial vacancies through comprehensive execution of the recruitment process, ensuring hiring quality, time-to-fill metrics, and compliance with organizational standards. **Responsibilities:** **Recruitment and Selection (end-to-end)** * Collaborate with department leaders to define job profiles. * Post job vacancies. * Design and produce recruitment flyers. * Conduct direct search (headhunting) for key positions. * Perform field recruitment. * Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with internal clients. * Administer psychometric assessments. * Verify professional references. * Collect and validate required documents. * Coordinate onboarding procedures. * Deliver completed candidate files to the respective department. **Process Management** * Monitor candidates closely at each stage of the process. * Compile complete candidate files. * Prepare vacancy status reports. * Track key performance indicators: Time-to-fill. **Required Knowledge:** * · Proficiency in job boards and social media platforms. * · Job profiling for operational, technical, administrative, mid-management, and managerial roles. * · Competency-based interviewing techniques. * · Administration and interpretation of psychometric tests. * · Recruitment for external (non-local) candidates. * · ISO 9001 – 2015 standard. * · NOM-035. * · Proper handling of information confidentiality. **Requirements:** * · Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * · Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. **Benefits:** * · Weekly salary. * · Statutory benefits. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. * Saturday, 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM.
